مرحباً بكِ في موقع خام (KHAM) — kham-store.com. باستخدامك لهذا الموقع أو شراء منتجاتنا، فإنكِ توافقين على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل إتمام أي عملية شراء.
٢. عن خام
خام (KHAM) هو براند مصري متخصص في منتجات العناية الطبيعية بالشعر. جميع منتجاتنا مصنوعة من مكونات طبيعية ١٠٠٪ ومصنّعة في مصر وفق تركيبات مراجَعة علمياً.
٣. المنتجات
- جميع منتجاتنا هي مستحضرات تجميلية للعناية بالشعر وليست أدوية أو علاجات طبية.
- نحرص على تقديم وصف دقيق لكل منتج بما في ذلك المكونات والنسب.
- النتائج قد تختلف من شخص لآخر حسب نوع الشعر وطبيعته.
- في حالة وجود حساسية لأي مكون، يُرجى إجراء اختبار على منطقة صغيرة من الجلد أولاً.
٤. الطلب والشراء
- يمكنكِ الطلب من خلال الموقع أو عبر واتساب.
- بعد تقديم الطلب، سيتم التواصل معكِ عبر واتساب لتأكيد الطلب والعنوان.
- الحجز المسبق: خلال فترة الحجز المسبق لأول دفعة، يُعتبر الطلب حجزاً ولا يتم تحصيل أي مبلغ مقدماً. نتواصل معكِ عبر واتساب لتأكيد ميعاد التوصيل قبل الشحن، ومن حقك إلغاء الحجز في أي وقت قبل الشحن بدون أي رسوم.
- الأسعار المعروضة بالجنيه المصري وتشمل سعر المنتج فقط (بدون تكلفة الشحن).
- نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، لكن الطلبات المؤكدة لن تتأثر.
٥. الشحن والتوصيل
- نوصل حالياً لجميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.
- التوصيل إلى السعودية وقطر والإمارات قريباً، وسيتم تحديث هذه الشروط عند بدء الخدمة هناك.
- مدة التوصيل من تاريخ الشحن: القاهرة ٣-٥ أيام عمل، وباقي المحافظات ٥-٧ أيام عمل.
- تكلفة الشحن تُحسب حسب وجهة التوصيل وتُبلغ للعميلة قبل تأكيد الطلب.
- الدفع عند الاستلام (كاش) متاح في جميع محافظات مصر.
- عند توفر الدفع الإلكتروني، يتم عبر شركة Paymob المرخصة من البنك المركزي المصري (Apple Pay، الكروت، المحافظ)، وبيانات الدفع لا تمر على خام. أي استرداد مالي للدفع الإلكتروني يتم على نفس وسيلة الدفع.
٦. حماية البيانات الشخصية
- نجمع فقط البيانات الضرورية لإتمام الطلب (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، العنوان).
- لا نشارك بياناتك الشخصية مع أي طرف ثالث إلا لأغراض الشحن والتوصيل.
- نحتفظ ببياناتك بشكل آمن ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض آخر غير خدمتك. التفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة الخصوصية.
٧. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات على هذا الموقع — بما في ذلك النصوص، الصور، التصميمات، الشعارات، والعلامات التجارية — هي ملكية حصرية لـ KHAM ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
٨. تحديد المسؤولية
- منتجاتنا مصممة للاستخدام الخارجي على الشعر وفروة الرأس فقط.
- لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي ردود فعل تحسسية ناتجة عن عدم إجراء اختبار مسبق.
- في حالة حدوث أي تهيج، يُرجى التوقف عن الاستخدام فوراً واستشارة طبيب.
٩. تعديل الشروط
نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. التعديلات تسري فوراً عند نشرها على الموقع. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع يعني موافقتك على الشروط المُعدَّلة.

Welcome to KHAM — kham-store.com. By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
2. About KHAM
KHAM is an Egyptian brand specializing in natural hair care products. All our products are made from 100% natural ingredients and manufactured in Egypt using scientifically reviewed formulations.
3. Products
- All our products are cosmetic hair care products and are not medicines or medical treatments.
- We strive to provide accurate descriptions of each product, including ingredients and proportions.
- Results may vary from person to person depending on hair type and condition.
- If you have a sensitivity to any ingredient, please perform a patch test on a small area of skin first.
4. Orders and Purchases
- You can place orders through our website or via WhatsApp.
- After placing an order, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the order and delivery address.
- Pre-orders: during the pre-order period for the first batch, an order is a reservation and no payment is collected in advance. We will confirm the delivery date with you on WhatsApp before shipping, and you may cancel the reservation at any time before shipping at no cost.
- Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and cover the product price only (shipping fees calculated separately).
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We currently deliver to all governorates in Egypt only.
- Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE is coming soon; these terms will be updated when service starts there.
- Delivery time from shipping: Cairo 3-5 business days, other governorates 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and communicated before order confirmation.
- Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) across all governorates in Egypt.
- When online payment is available, it is processed by Paymob, licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt (Apple Pay, cards, wallets); payment details never pass through KHAM. Refunds for online payments are made to the original payment method.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- We only collect data necessary to fulfill your order (name, phone number, address).
- We do not share your personal data with any third party except for shipping and delivery purposes.
- We store your data securely and do not use it for any purpose other than serving you. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of KHAM and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our products are designed for external use on hair and scalp only.
- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from failure to perform a prior patch test.
- If any irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
